Following the purchase of Pro Football Academy last year, Stockport County owner Mark Stott is making a significant investment into the brand and proposition that will include international expansion. Pro Football Academy will continue to build upon its world-class football training for 5–14-year-olds thanks to its growing network of UEFA/FA trained coaches across 75 football centres in the UK.

As part of this investment, he will be joining forces with Box Football, an indoor football business that he launched in 2017. Box will be re-branded as Pro Football Arena – combining world-class football training facilities with elite football coaching for young people.

Transforming the existing Cheadle Hulme location – Pro Football Arena will re-open on 3 September with latest generation of FIFA approved synthetic playing surface creating the very best indoor football facility in the North West. This will be complemented by outstanding hospitality thanks to an enhanced F&B offering which will include home-cooked, artisan pizzas.

Pitch hire and children’s football parties will continue to be a cornerstone of Pro Football Arena’s operations, welcoming hundreds of customers every week and as part of the merger and rebrand – all existing bookings will be honoured.

Pro Football Arena now sets its sights on growing operations across the UK and overseas through the development of its physical and digital football platform.
